The problem with 4 Cs is, they don’t cover enough

SafeFood Ireland has spent a shitload of money to develop these commercials, which are mildly entertaining, but do not encompass the risks that are out there.

According to SafeFood Ireland, the 4 Cs are

Cook

Chill

Clean

Cross contaminate

I prefer mine, which are, food safety is:

Complex

Constant

Commitment

Compelling

Or maybe Lester Bangs had it right. There’s nothing new out there, and I’m just a guy wondering why isn’t there something new (there will be).
