Scaremongering mixed with sense: 20/20 looks at dirty restaurants

Roy Costa did some extra work with ABC’s 20/20 on a piece about restaurant food safety that Eater branded as scaremongering.

And it sorta is, but Roy was right about the role restaurant inspection disclosure has in creating some sense of accountability; he was also right when he said that unless there’s a food safety culture, these infractions are just brushed off.
