OMG: Someone at N.Y. Times said the obvious, use a thermometer, dumbass

Emily Weinstein of The New York Times mentions the value of thermometers in an otherwise self-indulgent piece.

How do New York Times journalists use technology in their jobs and in their personal lives? Emily Weinstein, The Times’s deputy food editor, discussed the tech she’s using.

“Generally speaking, anything that helps you be more accurate as you work through a recipe — like an instant-read digital thermometer — is worth having.”

So respectable.
