He’s a chef; Yo Gabba Gabba version

Yo Gabba Gabba is so much better than the kids TV I was watching 25 years ago with eldest daughter, Madelynn, especially when Sarah Silverman is on.

And then there was the whole Barney phase.

But when Sorenne awakes early as the spring sun moves to a 5 a.m. rising, I can resort to Bugs Bunny and The Flintstones.

The classics.

As reported by Eater, here’s the music video “He’s a Chef” by the rock band Rocket From the Crypt, as performed for totally insane/awesome kids’ show Yo Gabba Gabba!. Sample lyrics: “Hear the sizzle of the bacon / smell the simmering stew / see the parsley on the side of your plate / it’s a garnish to make it look fancy.” Too true.

And probably has Salmonella.

Sounds like my day

I try to write in between the cooking.
